She has worked with Las Vegas talent, celebrities, and a loyal clientele. Rachel is a licensed esthetician with over a decade of experience helping clients feel confident and radiant in their skin. She's passionate about creating personalized skincare experiences that deliver visible results while promoting calm and self-care. Rachel specializes in custom facials, dermaplaning, and professional waxing services designed to enhance natural beauty and restore balance. Charlise especially enjoys men's cuts, barbering, and blonding, and she's always excited to take on her next head of hair!

When she's not behind the chair, you can usually find Charlise dancing and making memories with her children, getting a little competitive over a game of Monopoly, or cheering on her Kansas City Chiefs. She believes that being behind the chair is about more than creating beautiful hair. It's about getting to know her clients, making genuine connections, and creating an experience where they feel comfortable being completely themselves.

Ashleigh has been a hairstylist since 2016 and brings a well-rounded approach to every appointment. While she enjoys all areas of her profession, her specialties include blonding, grey blending, rich brunettes, short and pixie cuts, fine hair, wavy hair, and makeup application.

Known for her honesty and attention to detail, Ashleigh believes great hair starts with a great consultation. She takes the time to truly listen to each client, loves seeing inspiration photos, and makes sure you're both on the same page before getting started. She gives every client her full attention and strives to create a calm, comfortable atmosphere where everyone feels free to be themselves.

Outside the salon, Ashleigh is a busy mom who loves spending time with her girls and running them to dance, soccer practice, and whatever adventure they've chosen that day. She loves to sing, so you may even catch her humming along while she works! She also enjoys yoga, has been a photographer for 12 years, and speaks Spanish.
